Dr Mithun KN was born and brought up in Bengaluru and completed his schooling in the city. He pursued his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, followed by specialized training in Pediatric Surgery (DNB) from Narayana Health, Bengaluru — one of India’s leading tertiary care centers.
He further gained advanced exposure during his training period at Wadia Children’s Hospital, Mumbai, a renowned pediatric institute.
Before returning to Bengaluru, he worked as a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon at Kiran Multispeciality Hospital, Surat for over 3.5 years, where he performed 40–50 pediatric surgical cases per month, gaining extensive hands-on experience in complex pediatric conditions.
